SHIPPING

All orders are processed in house and shipped via USPS or UPS within 3 -7 business days of order. I’ll do my best to notify you if there are any unexpected delays. Please get in touch if you need your order to be processed urgently and I’ll see what I can make happen. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to you as soon as the order is complete.

Domestic

Standard flat Rate $10

If you're in the Salt Lake City area you are more than welcome to choose the free "pick up from studio" option when checking out. Follow up with an email at josephtoney12@gmail.com to work out pick-up details.

International

A standard $20 flat rate will be applied to international orders and should cover 99% of print shipping. If there are any crazy extra charges to ship to your location I may request additional payment after the order is taken.

RETURNS

I will happily accept returns on full priced items so long as they are in their original condition and if the order was placed within 30 days. Costs of return are at the expense of the customer.

Procedures:

• Send the items back to me in the original packaging.

• Email josephtoney12@gmail.com and notify me of return and purpose.

Once your items are received and checked, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received in unacceptable condition I will of course replace the item at my cost. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned promptly. Please email me so I know to keep a replacement item aside for you.
